To cope with the pressures of daily life I use a wide range of tools for centring of the physical body as well as the mind - for children and grown-ups alike. Centring can help you to achieve a state of balance more easily, for example it can give you skills to feel emotionally strong and solid, to increase your sense of inner power and flow, to feel more connected, to develop cognitive processes, be in a state of calm (e.g. when doing exams, being confronted etc.).
